DMS Web, our first phase of a centrally based web application, provides the ability to access information and communicate with clients and creditors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From a designated area on your web site, the DMS Web interface provides a client and a creditor log-on. This log-on is password protected with unique password identification numbers (PINs). Data passed back and forth is encrypted to keep sensitive data from being accessed by unauthorized individuals. DMS Web installs links on your agency's web site for:

• First time visitors to review what a debt management plan can do for them by allowing them to build a payout forecast and budget
• Existing clients to review their statement, account balance, next payment due date and payment history
• Creditors to review their customers balance, approve proposals, update balance verifications, review their agencies year-to-date contribution and the upcoming amount you will be disbursing to them
• Administration logon to easily transfer new visitor information automatically without having to re-enter the data. This logon can also see any changes an existing client has made to their current personal information.
